New incoming students should contact the Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment office for questions regarding your application, admissions status, transcript and/or test score submissions. 

*When writing an email, first create a brief introduction that provides context for the question, explains your purpose for asking the question, and your expectations. If you don't provide sufficient information this can delay assistance.

New Student Programs (NSP) assists new SF State students in the transition to college academics and campus community. Orientation is the important process that runs throughout the summer. This site will provide you with the essential resources for your first-year as a new Gator. Registration is required for all orientation sessions!

The Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC) is the home base for freshmen during their first year and undeclared students at SF State. Our academic counselors are ready to support on your path at SF State.
